Google Colab Tensorflow Object Detection Problem

I used Google Colab in this way many times to calculate a model with Tensowflow Object Detection. It worked perfectly. Yesterday, suddenly it did not work anymore. For details please have a look on the attached notebook - the error is in the last cell.
To reproduce I set up a test. You can find the test under

To run it, please copy the whole directory SampleObjectDetection02 into your root Google Drive and start the SampleObjectDetection02/od01/[login to view URL]
Alternatively you have to change paths in [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
The task is
1) Change the [login to view URL] that it works without errors and the sample can be calculated
2) Explain what you have done and how came to the solution?
