Our primary customers are in the USA, Canada, UK, and Europe, and we focus on timeless, elegant, and boutique-quality designs. ________________________________________ Job Type • Freelancer (Remote) • Payment: Per Design Basis • Designers based in Bangladesh ONLY may apply ________________________________________ Design Categories We are looking for a talented fashion designer to create original designs for: • Girls’ Dresses (party, occasion, boutique styles) • Boys’ Woven Shirts o Short Sleeve o Long Sleeve Designs must be suitable for Western markets and high-end online platforms. ________________________________________ Responsibilities • Create original, market-ready children’s wear designs • Develop complete tech packs (measurements, construction, trims, stitching) • Suggest appropriate fabrics, colors, and prints • Ensure designs are production-friendly and scalable • Revise designs based on feedback • Collaborate with our production team in Bangladesh ________________________________________ Requirements • Must be based in Bangladesh • Proven experience in children’s fashion design • Strong understanding of USA, UK, and EU fashion trends • Experience with woven garments • Ability to prepare professional tech packs • Knowledge of children’s sizing standards • Portfolio of relevant children’s wear designs (required) ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with boutique or export-oriented brands • Familiarity with international quality standards • Experience working with factories or garment production teams ________________________________________ Payment Structure • Paid on a per-design basis • Rates to be discussed based on experience and quality • Opportunity for ongoing work with consistent performance ________________________________________ How to Apply Please submit: 1.
