About the role

nextmarkets AG is looking to recruit a Thai speaking Customer Service Specialist to be part of our growing Customer Service team in the heart of Limassol, and contribute to provide high quality customer support. What you will be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers through various channels (e.g. email, phone, Live Chat)

• Giving customers information about our products & services

• Responding to customer inquiries

• Resolving customer complaints

• Communicate with other departments in the implementation of the KYC process

• Interact with other departments to solve inquires raised by clients that requires further investigation by sending tasks

• Updating and maintaining relevant customer data and conversation content in our CRM system

Candidate profile:

• Academic background degree in Business,Economics or Finance

• Fluent in *Thai and English both verbal and written (ideally Thai native speaker)

• Previous experience of working in a customer support position

• Previous experience in Financial services or investment banking

• Great Problem-solving attitude

• Great Communication Skills

• Professionalism, work ethic and a team player

• Positive can-do attitude

• Strong sense of professionalism, organisational and analytical skills

• Flexible to work on a weekly rotating shifts (morning/ afternoon/ night)
