I have a file from MIxamo. However it has a strange structure with "no_root_workaround" and 2 roots.
I have attached it.
I would like to have a clean Unity FBX animation without this strange structure.
If there is anybody here who knows how to fix it, I would be happy.
I am looking for a batch processing solution, if possible, because I have more of the files.

I can't understand where is the problem with the file, the animation works fine and the rig is good for mecanim. Please, give me more details about what problems are the fbx file giving to you.
