I am learning to do a few things for a small project in 3ds Max before I export to Unity 3d, and I have the following questions:
1) How to clone an object along a line and circle (editable poly) in 3ds Max? I've seen examples to clone an object along a path (line) but I am not sure how to convert my existing editable poly to a path. (example, like cloning arrays for a lamp post along a road, where the road is currently an editable poly)
2) How to add a tiled grass texture/material to a large ground along a track (e.g. road) so that it appears seamless, i.e. when zoom in you don't see the repeating lines and any deformation?
3) How to set up large objects/edit Poly (exported from 3ds Max) to use as obstacles in Unity 3d (e.g. side border along road/track).
Important: Please remember that the above will be imported and used in Unity 3d.
