For our 3D scanned characters (textured), we need to add facial animation.
The final result should have animateable eyeballs and an animateable mouth with teeth and tongue.
Input (Given) :
-3D scanned character
-includes Skeleton+Vertex Weights
-Skeleton and weights are available also as csv, so the file may be loaded from fbx or obj+csv
-Skeleton has a head joint but no further face joints yet
-Cut eye sockets
-Cut mouth open
-Add mouth geometry
-Add joints+vertex weights to animate the face
+ joints for the eyebrows
+ joints for the eyes
+ joints for the cheeks
+ joints for the mouth
-adjust the eye color
-make the result as realistic as possible
-make the program robust, do not use unstable libraries
-Programming language: c++
-OpenCV test program for face landmark detection is available
-Eye and mouth geometries may be taken from free internet sources such as makehuman ([login to view URL])

Further Detail: The processing should be fast, ideally within 1-3 seconds.
Target is to create a windows command line application that processes the FBX automatically.
