Apartment renovation-project plan including electricity, water, walls to be removed plus 3d model

I am going to renovate an apartment of 119m2. I have the original plans and sketches done by me (I am not an architect - therefore measures might not make sense). I need my ideas to be put into a proper plan plus in addition a 3d visualization. The complete electricity has to be done, therefore I need a plan for the electrician. New bathrooms have to be made (one is at the moment the kitchen) so the plumber has to know what to do based on the plan. For some details I need input from a professional as I haven’t finalized the bathroom and kitchen as yet. The first picture is the original plan, the sketch is 90% of what I am planning to do - but some parts I would need to change and I would like to discuss with you
