Build a 3D Model from a site survey and DWG File

We need various 3D views from a house. We would provide you with the site survey, the DWG file and the design as PDF.
What we need is the view from the front, from the front but higher and from the inside. Ideally we would like to have from the inside a 3D movie clip.
I am attaching just an example. Please send us samples of what you have done as we need to liase with the design company we are working with. Please if you are interested in this project send us samples of what you have done.
