3D CAD Model Designer for structural motorcycle parts

I require a quote to design a subframe for a motorcycle that will be welded to the frame and used to support the seat and be the top support of the rear suspension. Structurally crucial and very important parts of the motorcycle that will require someone with previous expertise in this field to design to ensure the motorcycle passes inspection from local authorities.
Also require a custom seat pan that will be used as a base for seat foam and upholstery to surround to fit seamlessly with the fuel tank and on top of the subframe part above. I have a very specific design in mind, please refer to photos.
