I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. Your double roller peristaltic pump needs not only small adjustments but major redesigning... Except what you already mentioned (wall thickness, reinforcement ribs, snap-fit elements, etc) will be necessary to design the connectors supports/seats, motor flange, etc Of course, I will need more details and eventually the 3d models you have for the parts One very important issue - did you test the pump? From my experience, the hose chamber is not ok... (but if have a functional prototype and you're ok with that geometry, is fine for me) For any more questions we could chat here. Regards Bogdan
