Tiled A4/Letter Teddy Pattern Reformat

My teddy-bear sewing pattern is currently formatted as a two-page book spread, and the scale is incorrect. The 10 cm control line prints at 5 cm when customers select 100% (Actual Size). I need the entire pattern (well over 10 individual pattern pieces) professionally extracted from the original layout and rebuilt into two properly tiled, print-ready PDFs: • One correctly tiled for A4 • One correctly tiled for US Letter CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Pattern pieces must NOT be redrawn, resized, or altered in any way • All original dimensions must remain exact • All seam allowances and grainline markings must stay precisely positioned • No design changes, no added instructions, no added diagrams — pattern pieces only The finished PDFs must: • Open at true 100% scale • Not trigger any automatic “Fit to Page” or shrink behavior • Include a clearly labeled 10 cm / 4 in test square on each file Deliverables: • A4 tiled PDF at true 100% scale • US Letter tiled PDF at true 100% scale • Screenshot or phone photo of a test print showing the 10 cm square measuring exactly 10 cm with a ruler Accuracy is critical. Final payment will be released once I confirm the control square prints correctly at true scale on my own printer. Experience with sewing pattern tiling and vector PDF production (Illustrator, Affinity Designer, Inkscape, etc.) is strongly preferred.
