CTM-CDM-PV Training Specialist

We run a training program in Clinical Research and management and are looking to strengthen it with a rigorous, practice-oriented teaching module. We seek an experienced industry professional who can guide graduate students through the end-to-end lifecycle of clinical trials, with integrated coverage of: Clinical Trial Management (CTM) Clinical Data Management (CDM) Pharmacovigilance (PV) Essentials of Medical Writing Role & Responsibilities You will be responsible for both curriculum design and delivery, with a strong focus on real-world application. Specifically, you will: Design a cohesive, integrated syllabus that logically connects CTM, CDM, PV, and Medical Writing across the clinical trial lifecycle Deliver live lectures and workshops (online and/or on-site) using real-world case studies and practical examples Develop and share slide decks, curated reading materials, and short assessments to track student progress Review and provide structured feedback on student work, including: Mock study protocols Data cleaning and query management exercises Safety case narratives and reports Clinical or regulatory writing samples (e.g., CSR sections, summaries) Your teaching should prepare students to meet industry-ready standards, not just theoretical knowledge. Acceptance Criteria A detailed course outline submitted prior to the first session Teaching materials shared at least 48 hours before each class End-of-course evaluation demonstrating that ≥80% of students meet defined learning objectives Preferred Expertise Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines Familiarity with MedDRA, CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM) Exposure to common EDC platforms or drug safety systems Prior experience teaching, mentoring, or training graduate-level learners is a strong plus Ideal Candidate Profile If you: Enjoy mentoring early-career professionals Can translate complex regulations into clear, actionable guidance Prefer hands-on, application-driven teaching over purely theoretical instruction we would welcome the opportunity to collaborate.
