I’m planning a structured online programme that will take a mixed-level group of ten colleagues from foundational concepts right through to advanced, real-world use of Oracle Fusion Service Cloud—specifically the Service Request and Work Order modules. The goal is simple: by the end of the engagement every participant should be able to open, track and close service requests, generate and manage work orders, and confidently apply these skills to live production scenarios. The engagement must run completely online and blend theory with hands-on labs. I’ll need a trainer who can: • Supply a clear curriculum covering basic through advanced material, annotated with the lab exercises that reinforce each topic • Deliver interactive virtual sessions that include live demos, guided labs and plenty of open Q&A • Anchor the content in real customer scenarios so the team sees how concepts translate to day-to-day work • Provide post-session materials—slides, lab guides and session recordings—for later reference Certification isn’t mandatory, but the material should still follow best-practice guidelines so that any participant who later chooses to certify would be well prepared.
