The goal is to master the complete process of drafting a Welding Procedure Specification from a blank page to a fully compliant document. I’m open to whichever welding process you prefer—MIG, TIG, or stick—as well as guidance under ASME, AWS, or ISO formats. What matters is understanding why each entry belongs in the WPS and how to prove it through testing and inspection. By the end of our collaboration I should confidently: • build a reusable WPS template, • select and justify materials, filler metals, gases, and variables, • document technique in the correct notation, • define quality-control and testing requirements that satisfy the chosen code. Preferred workflow is a series of live screen-sharing sessions (Zoom, Teams, or similar) supported by worksheets and real-world examples. Deliverables 1. Editable WPS template (Word or Excel). 2. A fully completed example based on one sample joint. 3. Step-by-step notes or recordings for future reference. Please outline the code you intend to use, the number of hours you estimate, and any anonymised samples you can share. Looking forward to developing this skill with your guidance.
