Hi! I am needing a virtual assistant part time for 12+ hours weekly for my coaching business. I need a quick and forward thinker with attention to detail and someone who I can trust with the online aspects of my business. Training will be provided, paid of course. Looking to start immediately. I need someone long term not just for a short time. Trust and honesty is the most important. Hours will look something like this. The times are flexible. MON - 2 hrs TUE - 2 hrs WED - 2 hrs THU - 2 hrs FRI - 2 hrs SAT OR SUN - 2 hrs I will train you and teach you everything. It is very important that I can speak to you on the phone initially for the training and then remaining contact via Freelancer. Simple tasks include: sending emails, transcribing, organizing files on Google drive, sending Facebook messages, Basic social media use, inputting information into spreadsheets, creating training manual, basic video editing, mailchimp, research, uploading photos to websites, and more simple tasks that I will train you on. If you know simple video editing, that would be great but I can also teach you this. Prefer a MAC and iphone user but not compulsory. Looking for someone to form a good long term partnership with and someone nice who I can get along with. REQUIREMENTS - Excellent and fast internet connection - Own reliable laptop & mobile phone - Trustworthy as there is a lot of confidential information.
