develop MCQ's(repost)

i want a coder who can research on indian agriculture dept, i.e. what are duties of its employees, what is the essential knowledge they should pocess and then develop mulitple choice questions based on the researched topics.

mcq's should be made that they should have heading, sub heading and answers to all questions i.e what is right answer option of the given answers.

all McQ's ahould be releavent to Agriculture dept and its wors and daily activities, not what they do but what knowledge they should have to carry on their duties efficiently.
