Multi Variate / Split tester Needed

We are looking for someone that can run regular test on our websites and ppc ads.
Right now I do all of this myself and with my schedule just no longer have the time to do it as often as it should be done.
You'll be required to come up with fresh ideas, titles, content, images and other variables to test in our ads and on our sales/landing/optin pages.
I'm not looking for a company, just an individual. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is just getting into Internet Marketing and/or a college person looking for part time work and wanting to get in with a small company that has been online, marketing to a great niche for over 5 years.
You must be familiar with Multi variate testing and split testing, I don't have the time to teach anyone this stuff.
