Translate the administrative interface of Squiz Matrix CMS into German

Squiz is currently undergoing development on their enterprise CMS Squiz Matrix ([url removed, login to view]) in order to make the admin interface localised and available in different languages. There are hundreds of screens and thousands of sentences and words that need translating.
The translation files are in .po format and are grouped by CMS Packages. There will also be an ongoing need for translation services as more features and screens are added to the product.
Attached is an example .po file that we use for translation, the example attached has translations from English to Polish.

There are roughly 80,000 words ready to translate at this stage.
The Product Manager is based in West End, Brisbane, Australia. Preference is to work with someone within Brisbane, or Australia, but International bids are also considered.
Previous experience with website development and web content management systems is highly advantageous.
