We need full-time customer service representatives who are fluent in English, and preferably also in at least one of these languages: Russian, French, Spanish, German. We need excellent typing, grammar, and conversational skills. The CSRs will be answering emails, and chat messages in Freshdesk in multiple languages (with the help of online translation tools if lanugage not spoken), as well as making and taking calls. We will provide training.
Our support team deals with inquiries related to billing, account changes (email, password, name, etc), commissions, cancellations, service use. Experience in the M L M and/or travel industry would be a plus.
You have to be able to work on an 8-hr schedule, have your own computer and a reliable internet connection. We offer 24/7 support, so schedules vary, however, we are needing people for the 1:00 AM - 9:00 AM EST (MIAMI TIME) shift.
The weekly load is 40 hours (5 days of 8 hours).
