I need help translating a short book on real estate buying/investment.
The document is 164 pp. long (double-spaced in Word).? It includes under 45,000 words.? It is fairly simple with limited technical words (such as "escrow") related to real estate.? It is written with a friendly, conversational tone on about a high school level--nothing too advanced in terms of financial technicalities.? However, it does use some colloquial speech--some American idioms and expressions that would need to be understood.? The audience of this book would be Hispanic immigrants? who reside in the U.S.? I want this translated into Latin American Spanish, not European (Castilian).? The perfect translator would be of Mexican decent but have lived in the States.? I do not want literal translations of idiomatic expressions.? If you find some that you don't understand I am American and you can verify/ask me via email as you work through the project.? I need at least the first 7 (of 14 total) chapters completed by July 1--the last 7 can be delivered before the 15th of July.
All work will be done and delivered in Word, just like the original doc.
If you have questions, please ask before bidding.?
If you would like to review the document before bidding please send me an email (

PLEASE note my deadlines and don't bid if you can't meet them!
I'm on a tight time frame and have no time for extensions.
As stated, I need the first 7 chapters by July 1.? The complete project? before July 15.? (I will adjust dates as we go along to work with the RAC system--extending the date for completion? after the first half is finished.)
