Word documents translation: French to English

We need a translator for a french to english translation project. Your English must be of a native quality. The content is financial, and the translator will have to rely on a guide to translate keywords (French and English versions are available to help the translator). The documents are in word 2003 format, and we need to receive the result in the same format. The files also contains some codes, they should remain as they are.
