I hope you are well.
We have discovered an issue with the template we developed a few months ago.
In Outlook 2007,2010,2013 the left hand column is not positioned correctly. (see the attached)
After much testing we have worked out what the problem is.
We send the daily emails using the Mailchimp API.
The Mailchimp API has a bug where campaigns sent via the API (using import from url function) strip out the Outlook Conditional Statements.
In our case, the following is being stripped
If the campaign is setup via the Mailchimp web app and the HTML cut and pasted into the web app the Outlook conditional Statements are not stripped.
For testing purposes we always "cut and pasted" the code into the web app so the problem never surfaced during our testing!
The production of our daily newsletter is automated and sent very early each morning. We need to use the Mailchimp API. Its not feasible to manually do the cut and paste daily.
We've notified Mailchimp of this bug. They have acknowledged the problem on their end and will look to fix it. They however can not provide me with an ETA. It could be months.
This is the URL we use for the newsletter

I'm wondering if you are able to correct the rendering in Outlook WITHOUT using Outlook Conditional Statements" WHILST ensuring the email continues to render properly in other clients.
Do you think this is possible?
