Hello, I can set up your timezone, to persist on reboot, or as a script, if this is a special requirement of your setup. It should be ready very fast. I've worked with Linux based systems for more than 10 years now, and dealt with both old-school (rc scripts and cron jobs) and modern (services and systemd) methods of running scripts at startup.
