I would structure the MVP with the core travel/user data separated from map and booking integrations, so the booking provider can be changed later without rebuilding the product. I would also validate the booking workflow first, because search-only API access versus live availability, reservation, cancellation and confirmation can change the scope significantly. For the 10 to 16 week target, I would first lock the MVP around the actual API capabilities, app roles and admin/content requirements rather than overpromise. One key question: when you say "two mobile apps", do you mean the same traveller app for iOS and Android, or two separate apps/user roles?
