AI Legal Workflow UI/UX Design Prototype

Project Title: UX/UI Designer Needed – Interactive Prototype for AI Legal Workflow Platform (No Coding) Project Description: We are developing an AI-powered legal workflow platform for South African law firms. Before moving into full software development, we want to build a high-quality, fully interactive prototype to finalize the complete user flow, structure, and look & feel of the platform. This is NOT a coding project. We are looking for an experienced UX/UI product designer who can build a professional, clickable prototype (preferably in Figma). The prototype must help us: • Finalize and refine the full workflow • Identify gaps or friction in the user journey • Define exactly what will be developed and coded • Present the platform concept to law firms The platform will include modules such as: • Case creation and dashboard • Court selection and case type flow • Evidence upload (documents, messages, recordings) • AI analysis screen • Legal document drafting interface • Document preview and export flow We need someone with proven experience designing SaaS platforms or workflow-based systems. Please include examples of similar prototypes or platforms you have designed. Professional structure, clarity, and attention to detail are critical.
