Ongoing Web UI/UX Design

I need a seasoned UI/UX designer who can own the entire design process for several web products that are already in motion and others still on the drawing board. You’ll be translating business objectives and user-centric insights into clear, elegant interfaces that feel effortless to navigate. Here’s what the role looks like day to day: • Audit existing screens and flows, spotting friction points and quick-win improvements. • Produce wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups in Figma, refining them into interactive prototypes for stakeholder review. • Maintain and evolve our design system so every component stays consistent, responsive, and accessible (WCAG 2.1 AA). • Hand off final assets to developers with red-lines, styling tokens, and motion specs, then stay available for QA until everything ships smoothly. Success for me means: • Each release ships with pixel-perfect, responsive layouts. • Interaction states and micro-animations enhance clarity without distraction. • The hand-off eliminates guesswork for engineering—no gaps between design intent and the coded result.
