We works within Real Estate and produces media material to present properties, which means that we also make floor plans of properties.
It is our photographers who record the floor plan, the main purpose of the app is to make the process as simple as possible We have developed a floorplan - proof of concept app. to draw a floor plan via Sensors in a mobile device.
This is done via devices laid on all vertical planes (walls) in the property to detect these walls and based on coordinates, these are assembled into a 2D floor plan - room by room. We use Unity and AR Kit in this POC of App.
The next step for us is to build an MVP version of the app. which can be tested by photographers if it hits something.
We afterwards need it to be build and used generically in all our platforms (The Core floorplan functionality).

Important: A working version will be supplied (POC), that one needs to have floor + ceiling added as first task.
It has to be wrapped in a another simple UI (supplied in the attached doc.)
After that's done and tested let's go for the shiny version.
