I’m building a classic, fully self-contained card game in Unity that will run natively on mobile devices. The focus is a traditional rule set—no collectible mechanics or deck-building layers—so the gameplay loop stays quick, familiar, and easy for players to pick up on phones or tablets. Scope • Develop the complete core logic in C# within a clean, well-commented Unity project. • Design a simple touch-first UI with smooth drag-and-drop or tap interactions for shuffling, dealing, and playing cards. • Include light but polished visual feedback (basic animations, subtle particle or sound cues) to make turns feel responsive without overloading performance on typical mid-range devices. • Build menus for game start, settings, help/rules, and an end-of-round summary. • Provide Android and iOS builds plus the full editable Unity source so I can iterate on assets or tweak balancing later. Acceptance criteria 1. A release build installs and launches on both Android and iOS, presenting the main menu in under five seconds on standard hardware. 2. All core game rules execute flawlessly from deal to win/loss, with no soft-locks or illegal moves possible. 3. Frame rate remains stable at 60 fps (or device refresh) on a mid-range phone throughout normal play. 4. Unity project compiles without errors or warnings in the latest LTS version. If you already have experience shipping mobile titles in Unity, particularly 2D board or card games, this should be a straightforward, well-scoped engagement. I’m happy to share specific art assets and the precise rule sheet once we start, and I’m open to suggestions on lightweight plugins if they streamline input handling or visual polish.
