3D Artist - make Island environment map with my Unreal Engine 5 assets

Job Description:
Nothing needs to be modelled in blender from scratch, I’ll provide you with all assets you will need!
Size: small 15-20 hectare island
Vegetation: no trees, just grass and bushes
Geography: It is extremely rocky, not flat, and has an undulating plateau. The coast is steep and rocky with cliffs of various heights all round.
Buildings: A lighthouse, helipad, pier, hangars, gas station, few houses and several dirt roads
I will provide specifics of where things should be on the map.
The shape of the island can be done pretty fast and easy. Here is a good tutorial:

I will provide to you with every other asset except the island shape.
