Necesitamos crear una campaña para atraer usuarios a crear perfiles y generar sus proyecto para recibir proposals dentro de la plataforma. Contexto: Tenemos una plataforma que no ha sido lanzada aún para la creación y licitación con proveedores de proyectos digitales. Nuestra idea es que en poco tiempo exista tráfico de nuevas empresas que puedan crear, recibir propuestas y cerrar proyectos sin la necesidad de que alguien de Venturest intervenga dentro de esta relación. Actualmente, la plataforma la estamos utilizando solamente con proveedores y clientes de confianza ya que existen ciertos bugs y/o mejoras que percatamos o no hemos considerado a la fecha. Nuestra intención es hacer un lanzamiento para mitad de año y por ello nuestra idea es poder empezar a atrear tráfico controlado y tener un backup de revisión de UX/UI para el apoyo del equipo técnico interno. ¿Qué queremos hacer los próximo 30 días? - 2 Campañas de marketing para diririgir tráfico. (A/B testing). - Revisión inicial de UX/UI de todo el proceso de creación de proyecto hasta el cierre para complementar posibles errores actuales de plataforma y apoyar al CTO.
