Comprehensive Website UX Overhaul

I’m planning a ground-up redesign of my current site so every visitor immediately feels the difference in ease of use. My priority is user experience, with special attention to three pain points: intuitive navigation, faster page loading, and flawless mobile responsiveness. I don’t have reference sites picked out, so part of the brief is for you to suggest contemporary examples that can inspire the new look and interaction flow. From there, I’d like to see low-fidelity wireframes evolve into polished, responsive mock-ups (Figma or Adobe XD is fine) and a clear style guide ready for hand-off. Deliverables • Two or more visual direction proposals with color, type, and layout suggestions • Full set of desktop, tablet, and mobile mock-ups for all key pages • Annotated UX specs covering navigation logic, asset sizes, and performance targets (sub-2-second initial load) • Final design package exported for developers (SVG/PNG assets, fonts, style guide) Acceptance criteria • Menu and page flow pass a basic heuristic test for findability in five clicks or fewer • All breakpoints function smoothly between 320 px and 1440 px • First Contentful Paint under two seconds on a 4G connection (Google PageSpeed Insights) If this scope feels clear and achievable, tell me how you’ll tackle it, what tools you prefer, and share a sample of similar work so we can kick off the revamp right away.
