I am looking to setup and inbound call center. Requirement:
- 4 Inbound Queues.
- Announcement must include CALLED NUMBER AND CALLING NUMBER once call is passed to agent.
- Release notes.
- Flexibility to add other queues with same settings.
I am using Trixbox but flexible to other application. Support after completion of project maybe needed.
