Im looking for a custom script /website to be designed that will allow users to do the following: 1. register an account real name/ username that will be displayed on the site (one that can be used with phpbb or vbulletin forum access as well) 2. Allow registered users to enter a category (from p remade selections), image, text and url field for an article. into a database 3. Registered users will have to vote the story to be approved from a queue. (once it reaches x approvals) it is posted to the front page (Title url, and image) 4. The Front page will be a mixture of text, random images from a select # of the articles in 3 columns which move articles up and down in popularity. 5. Once a user clicks on the url it opens in an iFrame type border inside my site with a Banner on the top that will show our site logo and the number of comments posted from my users in the top bar. Below the article will be the comments and entry box for the comments. Once the user closes the IFRAME it refreshes our site. There are some additional requirement's like most discussed articles this week, overall etc. 6. The site will have Tabs on the top that will change categories where category specific articles will be displayed. The home page will be a mixture of the hottest articles from each category. This needs to be accomplished in short time, and should not be a problem for the average coder. Something I am not yet :)
