Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with developers, QA, designers, and marketers to align product execution. Facilitate seamless communication between team members. AI-Supported Market Research Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity for competitor analysis and product discovery. Integrate insights into roadmap development and feature validation. Product Performance & Iteration Define KPIs, track engagement, and analyze feedback to guide iteration. Continuously optimize features based on data and user input.
