Vacuum flow and power controller

We want to develop a flow, vacuum and power supply controller.

The system has the following components

-Gas flow rate (open close and control the flow rate)

For this a standard gas flow controller will be supplied which can be controlled with a 0-5 V input

-Power supply (start stop and power control)

For this a supply will be supplied on which the power can be controlled with a 0-5 V input

-Vacuum pump (start stop)

-Several solenoid valves (open and close)

-LCD and keypad (to select options)

-buzzer

-red and green light (indicating operation and ready respectively)

-Digital pressure monitor

Here is how the system should work

-The user selects one of the options from the key pad. All options follow the same procedure however, the values of flow rate, time at each step, power, pressure etc will be different. The user should have access to generate a new option with new values but should require a password.

If the door is not closed show message on lcd close the door & ring the buzzer

If the door is closed start the process

- switch on the red light -close solenoid valve vent - close the humidity valve -start pump - open the pump valve after a certain fixed time like 1 min -keep pumping until the pressure reaches the setpoint -close the pump valve - switch off the pump -open the gas valve - keep the valve open until the pressure reaches the setpoint

- when the setpoint reached close the gas valve -Start the power supply at particular power for particular time (within the system for this user option) - Switch off the power supply - open the vent valve - Once the pressure reaches the setpoint value show the message the process finished and ring the buzzer and green light -open the humidity valve
