Specifically, this project will focus on local recreational parks with playgrounds or sports facilities and park furnitures as the key features to consider in the evaluation. The parks to be valued may also include natural features (like footpaths and trails) details will be provided. The successful candidate will need to be knowledgeable in both park valuation and asset management. This project necessitates a thorough and diligent approach to assessing the value of the parks, taking into account all their features. The project will ultimately lead to an accurate valuation of the parks for either sale or purchase, as well as for financial reporting.
