Scheduled control and take photos with ONVIF IP camera

Hi,

I have an ONVIF based IP camera (Dahua PTZ model).

I want to:

1) Schedule at different times in the day to take a photo at 3-4 specific preset PTZ location (or even better if can specify the PTZ coordinate).

2) If possible send one or two of the photos on email to me.

3) (1) Adjust the PTZ coordinate based on the sun position which can easily be scraped from a web page. (2) Adjust the the schedule +/- offset minutes according to sunrise or sunset time which can easily be scraped from a web page.

I have a Windows PC on the same network to control the camera.

I'd prefer not to give direct access to the camera unless we have no choice (the network that it's on does not have inbound NAT forwarding as the ISP blocks it and also there is some concern about privacy). I.e. if you have an ONVIF camera yourself to test on it would be good. If not then we will look at how to give access..

In your bid, please bid on stage 1 of 3 above. For 2 and 3 can you quote separately for each stage in your reply message. Also the amount of time estimate needed for each stage.

There may be software on the internet that will already do some of this. I'm happy if we can find a solution that will do it but obviously development/implementation cost would vary in this case.
