Hi, running your customer calls end to end: guide, scheduling, the interview, then transcripts and a themed read of what came back. Calls are the easy half. Keeping the analysis honest is the harder one. How we'd run it: shape the guide with you and keep the questions open, book through a scheduling link so you aren't chasing anyone, record with permission, transcribe with speaker labels, then code each transcript against one tag set. The report groups tags into themes with quotes under each. How many customers are on the list? Transcription and tagging run on our own tooling, so batches come back fast.
