Captions and pacing for a 9:16 testimonial Reel depend on how many clips are in the batch and how clean the speech is. Ten short quotes means fast cuts with big captions. Three long ones means picking the strongest lines and letting them breathe. Usual way of working for me is a rough first cut early, so you can judge the direction before any polish.
