15 second Ad edited for Social Media

Hi, I need a 15second ad edited and polished on adobe premiere pro. I need the save file as the final product.
About the ad; The ad is about a driving range ball. We have all the content filmed. I don't have a set idea for what the ad final product will look like. I can give ideas but I need someone who is creative and can work mostly independent. It will need logos put on and some logos removed from the videos
The video can not be uploaded as they are over 25mb each. I can give you an example of the type of ad we are trying to produce aswell.
