Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and creative video editor to join our team and work on editing and producing engaging and high-quality celebrity drama YouTube videos. The ideal candidate will be proficient in editing software, have a strong eye for detail, and be able to work independently to create captivating content. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
Edit and produce 10-minute YouTube videos based on provided script and voice over
Source and incorporate relevant video materials (footage, images, animations, etc.) to enhance the storytelling
Follow the provided example as a reference for editing style and pacing
Ensure videos are optimized for YouTube platform and audience engagement
Work closely with the content creator to ensure the final product is in line with their vision
Implement feedback and make revisions as needed
Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality video content consistently
Requirements:
Proven experience as a video editor, preferably with a focus on celebrity drama or similar content
Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Strong storytelling skills and an ability to bring a script to life visually
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and implement improvements
Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Familiarity with YouTube platform, trends, and best practices
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
