Product Video Demonstration (Desktop Software)

Produce a video desktop product demonstration for our site.

We are developing and selling software to growers and agriculture advisors.. Currently, we have a basic video demo which was created internally with software Screen Recorder/ Desktop Recorder.

This video should be showing the full cycle of possibilities of the software as well we will be able to show some of the topics separately. In January, we are planning to have our online SaaS and will need videos for site (will be done later this year and not included now).

Goal for the demo:

Increase qualified sales leads and the clarity of the product.

Media, Quality & Content:

The majority of our clients will use a PC or Mac to view the demo. The demo must download fast and be optimized for website deployment within the site using a player. We are also interested in a You-Tube format. Include your initial recommendation on format as a PM Private Message with your bid.

Winning bidder will get from us the tentative script and the captured application screen shots (with Screen Recorder, Desktop Recorder to Capture Screen to Video). We can as well provide the draft script. The bidder shall develop audio narration that clarifies our software features and benefits. Images and Audio will be of professional quality. The demo will clearly present our solution’s business value and reinforce our brand. The demo will engage prospective buyers and encourage decision makers to take action. The video will conclude with viewer links to a “start now” button or “get a sales quote” button.

Design feel for the demo should be professional and modern but producer must refer to our simple non hi-tech audience.

What is Required:

• Review our website and current online demo, and review at least 3 competitor sales demos (web links will be provided to winning bidder).

• Creative development of scripting, professional images and application screen shots (A draft script can be provided to the winner bidder).

• Present script for review and approval

• Beta demo presentation & approval (1st Milestone 25%)

• Present selected voice over talent

• Approval of recording session (2nd Milestone 25%)

• Present final demo for approval

• Deliver auto-demo for website posting. Verify that the demo downloads fast and works. (Final Milestone 50%)
