Adobe FMS AS2 Live Streaming Webcam Video [url removed, login to view] VP6 Project

We have a two sided live video chat that currently has no codecs, we cannot use [url removed, login to view] because the chats are written in AS2, so all we need is fort somebody to code in the use of VP6 or [url removed, login to view] to allow us to stream live webcam video in a much better quality video feed. Please only bid if you know Action Script 2 very well.
