I have 5 hours of digital video that I need broken up into 2000 short clips averaging 2 seconds each clip. It needs to be done manually, since there is a 'beginning' and 'ending' to each clip that can only be perceived with the human eye. In addition, before exporting each clip, you need to drag a short audio clip (already well-organized, I provide the clips and their identifiers) onto the clip, and mute the original video's audio. Each clip needs to be exported in FLV format, ideally, or AVI if FLV is not possible using your preferred video editing software. Please advise which of the two formats you are able to produce. Each exported video clip needs to be named numerically. I will provide a spreadsheet with the names, so you will be able to know which clip gets named which number (fortunately, it's sequential). No effects need to be applied.
