The porpouse is to write a DLL in C to be able to do the following:
1.- The DLL will be called from C/C++ or/and VB6.
2.- From two video files, (taken at any rate "r" in fps) it will generate a new file made by taking the first frame from the first file, then the second frame from the second file, etc in order to create a new file with a rate of "2r" frames per second.
3.- The DLL will provide functions to do video file transformations in order to be able to easily join the two input files.
A video file transformation is defined as the following:
the transformation will have to parameters as input:
1.- video file
2.- type of transfomrtion to be done.
3.- degree of the transf. to be applied.
The function will change the brightness to every frame of the file.
Vertical angle Transformation:
The function will change the angle of view of every frame in the file.
There will be eleven transformations available to process any file.
Brightness, Sat, Hue,Contrast, Gamma, Angle, Pixels translation, B/W, Colour, Rotate frame, size.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
