Explainer Video for Power Kiosk

We are still building our main Logo and i am waiting for the final version to come out. Our logo is a robot Character (Power Kiosk). If I provide the different dimensions of our character, are you able to make a video for us using our character? The idea is that the Power Kiosk connects the buyers and sellers of energy using its hands. Imagine it hovers in the air and connect to the two parties and help them do business together. Is this something along your alley of expertise. I may be able to give you a 3D character as well.
