I’m launching a new listing and need a polished property-tour video, shot on location and fully edited for my real-estate brand’s social channels and website. The home is ready, so I’m looking for a videographer-editor who can handle the entire process—from capturing smooth walkthrough footage and key detail close-ups to delivering a finished, color-graded video with light branding elements and licensed background music. Please be comfortable working on site (Greater ___ area; exact address after hire) with your own camera, stabilizer, and audio gear. In post, I expect clean cuts, balanced audio, subtle motion graphics for room names or dimensions, and export in 1080p (4K welcome if your workflow supports it). When you reply, link to at least two past property or architectural videos you have both shot and edited so I can gauge style and quality. If you also fly a drone or offer twilight add-ons, mention that as well—it’s a plus but not required. Once I select a freelancer, we’ll lock the shooting date, discuss the shot list, and agree on a realistic turnaround for first and final cuts.
