I am seeking to hire an assistant who has excellent English speaking skills with little or no noticeable accent who can make telephone calls (via Skype) for my design business. You will be calling other designers, boutiques, stores, online retailers, hotels, and possibly the media, to introduce my home fashions collection (pillows, napkins, curtains) to stores and boutiques so I can increase sales to my company.
I will provide a weekly list of calls to be made (about 50 each week), and this may also involve helping me to organize and research new places to call. I already have a lot of contacts, so there is a lot of data to work with already. I will set the type and amount of calls to be made each week (10 calls to hotels, 20 calls to boutiques, etc.). You will make the calls and direct return calls to me, and send me a report at the end of each week. Pretty simple.
I am ONLY seeking to hire someone who has excellent telephone skills, who speaks professionally and clearly with little or no accent, as U.S. customers must be able to understand you very clearly. I have a Skype account you can use for this work. I will also provide a script for you to use. I am a great buyer and easy to work with.
