Seeking qualified Customer Service Representative / Customer Service Rep to work from home assisting our customers via Zendesk and Facebook. Phone support experience a huge plus.
Issues will range in complexity and include subscriptions, refund requests, log in information, shipping details, and other concerns to provide customer satisfaction.
- at least 2 years Customer Service experience
- Zendesk experience
- Infusionsoft experience (good to have, but not a must)
- Facebook monitoring experience
- excellent English writing skills
