We are seeking a Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide day to day email customer support. We specialize in bicycles, 2 stroke motor kits, hydroponics indoor growing supplies and electronic cigarettes. Here are the requirements:
1. Must be proactive and a fast learner. We will provide you with common FAQ list but it will be your responsibility to learn the products so that you can answer customer inquiries in an expert tone.
2. This is a on-going project and will require you to answer emails on a daily basis(minimum Monday-Friday schedule. If you can provide support on weekends, it would be best). 50-100 emails per day.
3. Must have a English tongue.
4. Must be friendly
5. Must research our product line to become an expert in it.
